Bad customer service

I have called discovery medical aid a thousand times and every time I get through there answer but then get silence and they don’t even call you back. I have a claim that is due to me from last year which I am still waiting for. I have never met are more *********** company. Your customer service is ****! I will never choose discovery again!! If I do not get assistance in the next 24hrs I will tarnish your company name on every platform possible until I get assistance. My Cell is +***.
