Bad customer service and rude

Today I took my son to mediclinic Legae to see an ENT doctor ,she assisted me very well and because my son has a foreign object in his ear his was booked for theater tomorrow as it is painful and he was not cooperating,to my surprise as this is an emergency discovery is reviewing his authorization and will wait for feedback on Monday if they will approve or decline,my son need to spend while 5 days with a foreign object and when I contacted them they even told me there is nothing they can do,they don't care when you need medical assistance and they are very rude,**** medical aid I have,will have to look for another service provide as I need to pay so that he can be assisted.
