Bad customer service

I left my contact details online to be contacted by a consultant as I’m interested in getting medical aid from Discovery. I am so disappointed because today I received a call from an agent who hung up on me when I asked him to tell me more about the different plans that I can choose from. He was not interested from the beginning of the call, I could sense some arrogance in his tone. I think he said his name is Obakeng. I was so disappointed.He asked me which plan I wanted, I asked him to tell me about the options I could choose from, and he hung up on me. I am so disappointed, this is not the service that I expected from Discovery.He called using +27 (11) ***.
