Bad customer service

This network is becoming worse by the day. I claimed from them still waiting for feedback my medical saving details doesnt update you just get surprised when it finally updates. Facebook interactions very slow and pretty much useless very sad the way service is just goi g down the drain still waiting for feedback on a claim
