Bad customer service

<p>Cancelled my discovery medial plan due to wanting to move to another medical aid, but then decided to stay with Discovery. Spoke to a person called Thabiso, did the eft and mailed the proof of payment. One month later they refund the money into my account, phoned them and by my surprise I was not covered for that full month as I did not phone them after doing the eft. Now they want a double instalment before being covered for the next month, why double if I was never covered for the month I paid?? Why e-mail the proof of payment?
