Bad customer care

Discovery Health is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY you can get hold of. Ridiculous I made 7 calls. No success, one voice message and option after the other!!!! Members are ABSOLUTELY JUST ANOTHER NUMBER ON THE DATABASE!!! Impossible to talk to a human When I e eventually got through and I stArted to complain my call were cut. I really think I had it now with this COMPANY. Theire customer care SUCKS!!!!! TO say the least. Try another option and Send a e mail you AGAIN get a automated!!!! Message thank you for your email and if you are lucky, they reply in 48-72 hours!!!!!!
