Bad credit regulation and communication

Discovery health gave me a bad credit record for nothing. I signed an agreement with them to settle my account over a few month. I only received one statement after making payments and not missing a single one. Without informing of anything, they decided to claim that i had defalted on my payments and now i have a bad credit record.<br> <br> When i called to ask that they send me an email that can help clear my name, they promised to do so within 48 hours. Way more than the 48hours, i still wait for this email and for them to take responsibility.<br> <br>
