Bad communication system

The whole medical aid system needs to be reviewed. It should give you peace of mind instead of headaches. Doctors not submitting claims to medical aid, most doctors charging above medical aid, previously unknown statements popping up after months and I, caught in between them, must find out how to sort it out by calling them, waiting and see what is their requirements or what is missing. Also the gap cover ... why does it have to be like that?
