Bad communication from Discovery

I am a medical holder with Discovery and I opened a query on the 27th of May 2025 and I was told they will get back to me within 3-5 working days and they have not I called them on the 3rd of June 2025 to find out the status of my query and they had not done any investigations, poor communication from them if you do not call them they won't it actually shows that they only love taking our money every month but they do not care about the person tll to date I still don't know the outcome of my query what they good at is sending people from pillar to post they will transfer you to all their departments without resolving the issue
