Bad communication

I have called discovery twice in this month about my medical aid which is suspended treason for this was I was not told or SMS or email that I have an outstanding balance for my new born from previous month when they did the debit my debit bounced I called them and than I was informed I said I don't have the money and would like to make an arrangement to pay it off so my medical aid does not get suspended I was than blankly refused and now I sit with two children and a suspended medical aid which I think this is very unacceptable as I pay every month without and hassles
