Bad Communication

I have been with Discovery for the past 9years. On the Classic Priority plan that I am on , I always got my GP's consultations for "free" even if my savings are depleted. I now recently received a statement from my GP saying that I am liable for the account seeing that Discovery haven't paid it . When I called Discovery they informed me that they have sent me the documentation. I asked them to re-send it . When I received it I went through the documentation and could not find anything stating that this feature changed on my plan. According to the heading of the mail and brochure received this is supposed to be "enhancement" - Now according to me this means improvement , and in this case its not true at all. This was not communicated correctly and I haven't received a list of GP's to me and my GP did not even know that they not part of this list anymore . I am sorry but I wont pay for this account and will hold Discovery liable for this. I have asked a manager to call me back . I then get these e-mail that they could not get hold of me. I have my cell with me 24hours and my office nr is always available. Don't tell me you cant get hold of me and in saying that you haven't left a message on my phone to call you (with no missed call on my phone) I will be looking at moving my medical and take this to the next step. You are becoming and adopting the same attitude of no care and pay up than most of the Monopoly business in South Africa.
