Bad client service

I'm so frustrated with Discovery.

I wrote this review 3 months ago and someone from Discovery couldn't wait to give me a call and promise to resolve this very unpleasant situation. 3 months later I am still being harassed by Discovery's debt collection company. For the past week I called Discovery to find out why their debt agency is still calling me to pay when I settled this debts months ago. Another consultant promised to resolve 2days ago. Today alone , 4 different consultants called Me in a space of 4hours to settle a debt that does not exist! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET DISCOVERY AND THEIR AGENTS TO STOP HARASSING ME!
