Bad Chronic Claims service

I go to Lentegeur Hospital for my check ups and my medicine and they then claim against my Discovery medical aid. The problem is that I have been struggling now for years to get my medicine and my consultations paid out against my Chronic Benefits that have been approved (Both Chronic Meds and PMB Benefits approved). Discovery keeps on paying it out against my Savings Account and [Email Removed] does not even answer my emails anymore. I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails to Discovery and [Email Removed] regarding this matter and nothing has come from it. I am so despondent that is why I am now turning to you guys.
