Bad bad medical aid

We have been members with discovery now for 5 months. When we joined all conditions was mentioned and i was put on waiting period for a year for my cholestrol and high blood pressure meds. So last month i go to my gp for pain on my stomach that she first treats as reflux. medical aid doesnt pay anything as they say its related to my waiting period conditions. then after 2 weeks i go back to gp and say meds helped and i feel better but have a sharp pain on my right side of stomach. she does a ultrasound and then find a 9 cm cyst on my kidney. I was then send to specalist and ct scan was done and he said they need to remove the cyst and even might have to remove my kidney. So i get all the codes and such for my operation. Called discovery and then they send forms to all doctors to complete. So today i get a call asking me questions about my heartburn and reflux. I answer as i said doctor gave meds and worked. Doctor stated on form i have had symptomes more or less as year on and off for reflux. so today Discovery tell me they canceling our medical aid as i did not tell the truth on the application. asked what they means and they said the heartburn reflux. i stated i have never been treated for it. but then they say its a symptom i have had and treated myself and should have put it on the application. I told her but its never been treated and dont feel its a symtom as all people get it and just then drinks enos or gaviscon for indigestion. But not very rude on the phone and said i **** and as of know we dont have medical aid as its canceld. How the hell does that work. Please explain. Very very bad medical aid as they are looking for reasons not to pay for theyre paying clients. And might i add a fortune in payment.
