bad attitude of medical broker

as I don't have a medical aid or hospital plan I have been getting in quotes. my friends highly recommended Discovery and an agent called on me Mike van Niekerk. he sat with his side to me and arms folded. I asked him to please explain all the options (He kept pushing the coastal plan) as I wanted to make the right choice. I asked him to pls explain everything that is covered in a hospital plan, his reponse was \If I manage your plan for you you don't need to know all that"If I am sigining for something I WANT to know what I am sigining for. he rolled his eyes and laughed at me. I asked for a quote to which he rep**** \"" I don't need to send you a quote write this figure down\"" I picked up his documentation and told him that this is very important to me and I want to feel comfortable with the person looking after my medical plan. I told him that his attitude is shocking and asked him to leave my office. I said he should change his attitude the next time he calls on a customer. I hope this is not the norm of agents representing Discovery accross South Africa. I won't be considering Discovery when I make my final choice. """
