Bad attitude

Spoke to a consultant (Charmaine) regarding medical aid. She was very pushy and kept insisting on banking details without giving the correct information. She was quite annoyed that my call was put through to her and I was not willing to give her my banking details. I asked for the quote and information to be emailed before I give the go ahead, she got angry and said fine I will send it to you. To this day I have not received the information. This is the kind of service being given to CLIENTS, WHY WOULD I WANT TO SIGN UP????
