Bad and inconciddered

My husband was retrenched in may 2019 and we had to cancel our medical aid altough we didnt want to and the medical savings was then depleated( how was we to know the retremchment will happen) but despite the effort telling Discovery that we dont have any income or work and as soon as our situation change we will start paying the savings that was used up they went and handed us over to attorneys. I think this is very bad and inconsiddered to say the least. We phoned the attorneys and even they just said you need to pay....
