Bad administration

I had to cancel my medical aid in July 2024 because I was changing jobs. Discovery claimed that I owed them R2560 and at the time they sent me those emails, I did not have the funds to pay them and they informed me that they put me on debt review/credit bureau and I settled the amount a few weeks ago and I wanted to update my arrears status but I am not able to upload the POP document on their website and the email address they were communicating with is a no-reply. I called them and I was given an email address( ***) to use for sending the pop so that I could also be cleared with the bureau and I sent the email and it was returned because the email is invalid. Please advise on the way forward and provide me with a valid email address to send the pop.
