Baby on Discovery medical aid since March but they don't pay for anything for him not the doctor's appointment and not medicine what's going on?

I am very disgusted with Discovery I have a six month old baby, I added him on my medical aid in March when he was 2 weeks old I was told his not active on my medical aid as yet, when i took him to the doctor, Yesteday he was sick so I took him to the doctor went to the Clicks after it to get his medicine when I was told my baby is not on my medical aid so they phoned Discovery my baby is sick and crying and I have to stand and wait just so that we got told you don't pay for his medicine this morning I received the doctor's bill you are not paying for his doctor's appointment ASWELL WHAT IS GOING ON!! I have been paying for him to be on my medical aid since March this is a baby I do not have money to pay for doctors appointments and medicine AND my medical aid while you just not pay for anything seriously what if my baby needs to go to hospital then you are going to say his not on the medical aid??? What am I paying for? I want to know what is going on here, why are you not paying for anything concerning my baby I cannot struggle like this to get things paid. This is a sick baby seriously!!!!
