baby no registered after almost a month

I was informed that i needed to send the birth certificate of the medical aid for her to be registered and i did the on the 12 of June and i never receive a response from them. I had to call the myself on the 18 to find out what was happening then i was informed that i needed to complete the registration from which i did and sent it to the with the birth certificate. Again I had no response and had to call them again to be told that the form is no clear, i sent the form again and was told they have received it and i was clear, this week Monday 29 i called again and was told they don't have the birth certificate which i have sent on multiple occasion, 1 of July i sent the birth certificate again they i called today and being told that the form is no clear which was confirm was clear. The baby has no seen a doctor since we left the hospital after birth. i am sick and tired of contacting discovery and being told that i need to this and that to have the baby registered and she is still not registered. THE BABY IS SICK AND NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION
