Awful is a mild description

I am totally astounded by the treatment of Discovery Chronic Dept. Annin was the approved medication and when that was out of stock, medxpress gave Zartan as an alternative. Due to annin being out of stock I refused to do a co-payment and I was given this for the past 3 months. I received a call from Medxpress saying another alternative is given where there is no co payment. Why was this recommendation not made the first time. This is an 80 year old patient, to change medication suddenly is not acceptable.
