I had a pleasant surprise when my call dropped whilst I was waiting to be transferred by Siphelele Kalipa to the Chronic Department and she called me back did the handover to Ryno van Wyngaardt by verifying me etc and once again I was surprised that I had received such good service from 2 of your Medexpress Staff. Awesome. Really appreciated.
