Awesome Service

<p>I would like to show appreciation to Nancy Magitshima on the friendly service that she has shown me. Her priority was resolving my issue. She called even 2 days later to confirm if all is sorted, I didn’t have to call again, talk to a different call center agent who’ll make me wait for a long time. That whole stress that we go through with call centers, I didn’t have to go through it because she called to check up if I’m sorted. And because this was going to be resolved by another department, she followed up with them, promised me that she still call me back, and again she honored the promise and called me back. </p> <p> She also sent an email so that she can forward my concerns to the correct teams and she consistently gave me feedback. I always knew what’s going on. I really appreciate someone who is interested in clients concerns like Nancy and actually has the appetite to resolving their issues.</p> <p> Thank you Nancy and Discovery for the great service.</p>
