<p>I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Mr Iftikar Ismail, I needed assistance with a confirmation letter for cover I had cancelled almost 8 years ago and Iftikar went out of his way to assist me with this considering I was nolonger a member I recieved VIP treatment, This man is an asset to your company and is a testament to awesome service </p> <p>he definitely does deserve the recognition </p> <p>Well done and keep up the awesome work Mr Ismail.</p>
