I am going for an operation in January and struggled a little to obtain an authorisation number for the operation. A friendly lady by the name of Doreen Arndt phoned me and assisted me with the process. She went the extra mile by phoning the Dr’s offices confirming the codes getting all the relevant documentations and she constantly kept me up to date.
