Avoiding to pay

They will give you the run around to avoid paying PMB benefits. They do not update you until you contact them and they tell you your application is cancelled due to missing information which they have by the way but claim they do not have..... you can’t even speak to the department in question, you speak to someone who has no clue what they are talking about.
