AVOIDING PAYMENT

I have been to the same GP for many years. I get 4 free consultations per year. This has always been paid. Discovery now introduce a new network which excludes my GP and take money from savings even though I have 3 free consults left or I pay out of my pocket. I was not informed of the change, My GP charges according to the tariff. This unilateral decision does not take account of people in small towns where choice is limited. Why have free consultations (nothing is free) if you don't honour them?
