AUTORISATION NUMBER

<p>After the diagnose, we are waiting for a week to get an authorisation number from the medical aid, but once they want there money they take it immediately and if not paying all is stop. No with a serious medical condition after 2 weeks without treatment, 4 phone calls, and already show uploaded on the system .The anwer I getting is that they are waitng for the Dr now, it is not with the Risk manager any more? We are talking about some one who is getting day by day weeker and you take your time for an authorisation!!!! wow this is taking care of people 's needs</p>
