AUTHORIZED PROCEDURE JUST DECLINED AND MEMBER KICK OFF MEDICAL AID

Dear Discovery

I'm truly disgusted in your Service and the way you handle new members, I work for a hospital group for many years now and this was the first time i heard about what you did to my father , my parents signed on to you medical aid to get great service and they waited the 3 months , after an emergency procedure at Little Company of Mary Pretoria which YOU guys authorized for , you decided to take them of the medical aid because you don't properly listen to what was recorded on his file and also make him liable for the first procedure , now he has an stent in his body which MUST come out because its a follow up procedure and we they spoke to you numerous time to resolve this and no one listens all that you want is NOT to assist and not to pay something that YOU authorized. I truly think that this is a matter that you must resolve , how do you expect someone that is on you medical aid and paid for service and went through emergency service and took all the steps to ensure everything is in order for the procedure AND THEN JUST NO !!
