Authorization by medical aid is fruad

New discovery client I called in got authorization to see a gynecologist which was on my list of Dr. They authorize the visit and so I went couple of days later Dr is not paid since his diagnosis is different to the Authorization given. All I WAS GIVEN WAS A REF NUMBER NOTHING ELSE NOW I SIT WITH A DR ACCOUNT THAT THEY REFUSE TO PAY

After your call your agent said they would sort out this matter today I was handed over to legal because you still have not paid after myself and Dr did everything you asked in numerous emails. Now I am being held accountable for legal and late fees on accounts this is not on when will my Authorize claim be paid
