Authorisation not granted while sick twice

<p>I went to the hospital twice 2 weeks back and i needed to be admitted and the hospital could not get hold of anyone to give authorisation because it was 1am authorisation was given the next day after 12 in the afternoon.2 days later i had to be admitted again arrived at the hospital at 7am they could nt admit me as they could not get authorisation.I am disappointed with this kind of service and i lost my baby in all this.I sent a complaint on their website on monday or tuesdy this week no one has even bothered to get back to me....</p>
