Authorisation for Medical Procedure Declined

<p>Can't believe that my doctors motivation for a procedure that I need has been declined, as it is listed under their general list of exclusions. They have based their decision on a mammogram which doesn't show the tissue and the external structure of the breast, which is where I am experiencing the pain. From what I can understand, unless you fit in one of Discovery's little protocol boxes, you are on your own, regardless of whether you are in pain or not. The pain that I'm experiencing makes me feel miserable, so is also impacting on my mental health as well as my dignity. Also, you are not in pain for no reason, so there must be something that is causing that pain. I urge you to please review my case in a more holistic manner and not from a purely medical perspective.</p>
