AUTHORISATION FAILS - NOT SKILLED DOCTOR ON PANEL OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS

Never in my long life have I experience such incompetence in any Company like your one # Discovery you are the worst Company ever, Like the saying goes the Company is measured by how they pay out, Well, My Sister Laura Obery was unfortunely in an accident on saturday and still awaiting approval from the medical aid company to perform her much needed operation to put her body together again, The delay is , the panel surgeon is not skilled to perform the surgery, NOW what, what has she been paying for for years and years and years, to cover herself and family in the eventuality of a medical emergency and yet, NOW they not willing to honour their side of the deal, It is OK to pay all these years, but never try and claim, Not going to happen , DISCOVERY you shoud be ashamed of your service and how you treat your customers when they need you most, People be aware. THIS IS ********* and ******** AS her sister ( she does not have a voice right now) , I will expose this to the world on social media if she does not get her surgery apporved today
