Member ***. My mother was scheduled for a knee replacement today 2/32016. On 1/03/2016 I was informed that there was a problem with the auth no. Tato phoned the dr rooms a day before hospital admission, why was this left to last minute? Also now they want to dismiss her from my medical aid. Now after being transferred from the 1 to the next... Tato said it was never specified on the medical forms. My argument is..... We never knew that it was definite arthritis or knee problems. Also the pain was never bad. It's common for older people to have arthritis or some sort of pain .
