Authoration and reference number requested

I was on dicovery primary care scheme and change to key care plus was on new scheme from 1 nov 2017 on the peoduct information that discovery send me on new scheme they did not mention anywhere in the document on a reference number to see a geny dr so on the 7th november i went to see a geny dr hawkey because of pain in my pelvics since 2015 and have spottings of blood i do not have a menstrual siclus due to i am on the injection every 3 months for 15 jears so did think something is wrong about this spotting also and i need to go to a geny so i did and on that day of appointment the lady asked my ref number frkm discovery i told her i do not have one and did not know i needed one no one told me and i am on new scheme and did not know after the dr inspect me he founs a tumor inside my uterus and i need so undergo a hesterectomy on the 20th november which is monday and send me with docs ro hospital which i handed in without a ref number i called in dicovery many times after i found out thst i need to see my key care plus gp dr and he must refer me to a geny and then discovery will get the ref number and then i can give ref number to hospital to get the aut number for admission now today i called again and still in progress after the gp send ref request on friday the 10th tehy told me 2 to 3 days ans today my request is with their standard department for investigstions and willtake 5 to 8 days i do not have 5 to 8 days still i need to get this ref number for hospital so they can request the aut rumber for admission o ly 3 working days left they do not have any feedback and will call me i dont need to call them the question is why i am under investigation? Because i wrnt to geny and found out about the tumor on the 7th only before they told me about the ref number from a Gp dr? I though i am on the correct scheme than primary one for best bennefits because i paid for everything on other pacckage but now when i changed they put me inder investigstion on the fact thst i went to geny first instead of gp it they told me i would hace done that beforeband but did not know i am not a ***** and only found out about the tumor at geny why do they thonk i went to hom in the first place? I really think that they should state more about they schemes and products and when they change you to another scheeme they must inform their people about all this now on only this one thing i done incorrectly they do not want to approve my ref or authoration for hospital what a waste for spending moore money on another scheeme and it does not say what it suppose to bennefit me really dissapointment 1st new scheeme and i am already struggling with them i really need assistance ro get what i am paying for
