Discovery has to be one the most inefficient and *********** institutions. staff keep passing the buck to other departments not sure of how there own systems and products work. they do not do as they should be doing even after all the necessary paper work has been completed and sent through and confirming all in order. a month later they claim there is nothing on the system and they have no records. can a senior please contact me or I would have no option to either visit your offices in sandton or make contact medical council.
