I ordered membership cards for myself and my son & I was told to come to a Centurion branch to collect in two weeks. I then went to collect & I was advised there are no cards. I was then told they will be ordered and I will get an SMS in a few days time. I have now called the call centre and the lady there says the cards were printed on the 18th of August yet I have not been told to come collect. She has told me it takes 4-6 weeks for cards to be delivered from the printing to centurion, this is ******* as they are delivered by their own driver & not the post to their own branch.

how hard can it be to get new cards? can I get my cards ASAP, it's easy to pay R3600 premium but no get my cards when I need them
