Atrocious service where discovery health tips customers off in terms of MSA investment returns while they generate significant returns on the float from prior years

Terrible service from the call centre , they want to sit on top of a MSA balance that was carried over from 2023 into 2024 where they subsequently pay an extremely ridiculously low interest yet they generate significant investment return on the float. There’s absolutely no reason as to why I can’t withdraw my 2023 balance
