Atrocious service and don't t care attitude from Discovery health

My Father in law fell from a ladder and fractured his femur, he was rushed to a hospital for emergency care. When the hospital requested for authorization to treat him, Discovery refused to authorize his treatment citing a scan report that must be submitted to them before they could authorize treatment. We got a doctor to submit such a report, Discovery then shifted the goal post to demanding a treatment plan, where the hell do we get these this with Discovery refusing admission of this person into hospital? They have shown a total lack of care and empathy and basically divirced themselves from the process by demanding all this information from an ailing customer who has no means of getting any of it for them

I have always heard people making negative claims about Discovery and ignored them, i have found out the hard way. I advise that people stay away from these ******, i will immediately also cancel my medical aid and life insurance policies.
