ATB not exhausted but you charged me incorrectly
I went to a doctor on 18/12/014. MailRef#***#<br> <br> I wasn't out of my ATB for dental, yet you have deducted this amount from my MSA THIS YEAR, and increased my SPG.<br> <br> This is incorrect !! You need to pay out of last years ATB, and refund my SPG and MSA from this year.<br>
