At what reputational cost do you withhold legitimate claims, Discovery Health?

Disappointingly, yet unsurprisingly I find myself chasing Discovery Health for yet another unpaid claim. Bizarrely, his time they did not pay the very hospital where I had a procedure that was pre-authorised by Discovery!

Again, I will ensure this is eventually paid by Discovery to the healthcare provider, as I know they intentionally make it extremely difficult to claim in the hope that we consumers will give up.

But at what reputational cost do you do this, Discovery?
