I received an email from kznescalations yesterday, about my request to be accepted on your Spinal Care Programme. I ask you : Have you bothered to READ my numerous messages, requests from my spinal network doctor and more. Again, is the Spinal Care a hoax as I have been told I do qualify but have hit a brick wall and want to know is this reserved for Elite members? I have reached a whole new level of absolute confusion at the lack of empathy and attention to detail by your team who promised help.
