So How many HelloPeter complaints will it take to get a call recording out of you? I got back a review of the call after my many complaints and requests for the call recording just falls onto deaf ears. I called this morning and spoke to an escalations manager who said they would get the case manager to call me back TODAY still. It is 17:00 no call back and still no call recording. The online platform where you so annoyingly kept pointing me to that I explained to you did not work....well seems like the commenting part of it ALSO is just there for show. It is like you want customers to complain on social media, if we don't then we don't get any action out of you. I am SERIOUSLY considering moving my medical aid because WOW
