Due to no response on my mails, I will past my response on this platform and hope for a response.

Thank you for your response, however as per my mails sent and the proof attached to the mails, my father was on my medical scheme and moved to his own medical scheme both with Discovery health. There was a 31-day break between the moves, not 25 years as you are penalizing him for. If someone just punches his id number into your system surely it should give all of his records and the procedures that Discovery paid for in the past? or if someone can read my mails and open the attachments with the proof that I received from Discovery that he was indeed on Discovery from 2010 until 2019 with no late joining penalty's as he was on another scheme before he joined mine and from 2019 to date, he was on his own scheme.

If this is not clear, please give me an address in JHB where we can go to with the proof so that there is no inconvenience caused by expecting someone to open an attachment or read the full email explaining the issue.
