As usual

Went to a dentist , claimed for it. Two of the claim codes were not accepted, said ask dentist for additional codes.I did, re -send the claim with extra codes , still says ask dentist for additional codes...Discovery call centre agent told me to don't call back, that he will call me.Obviously I didn't get call back. And I don't know what codes discovery wants the dentist to give them. I am feeling like the middle man , without wanting to be so. Phoning dentist and discovery, to ask for I don't know what. Should i be wasting more money on calls, than my claim is?
