As a Discovery health client I have no idea what I’m being billed for

I get a summary of what doctors and hospitals have charged for services. I CANNOT even begin to understand what the charges are for and therefore I cannot query, dispute or even ask for an explanation. But I’m the one paying R16000 off a month so it’s really my money
