Arrears PAID-UP Account

I was unaware that I owed money. Once I knew about it, I undertook to pay. I paid the outstanding amount in 2 payments. After the first payment, I had to send Discovery proof (photograph)of their own letter's detail, as well as of the account to pay into as well as the fact that my account number was the reference! My second and full and final payment was done on this the 17th November 2015. I sent proof (photograph) to the same email address, proof of the 2nd payment, and yet I have been handed over to a collection agent, which is harrassing and threatening me.
