APPROVED CHRONIC MEDICATION I BETTER PAY OR DIE

Good Day<br> <br> I have been fighting for more than 6 months since Discovery stopped paying for my Eltroxin in full. I am most annoyed and disgusted by the fact that I have tried the generic which is Euthyrox and it makes me as sick as a dog. I have so many side effects from not sleeping because of Heart palpitations and my Blood test results are totally over the top. Resulting in me as a person under-performing and resulting in loss of income. The sad story is the fact that it is CHRONIC MEDICATION, CHRONIC MEDICATION IS MEDICATION THAT YOU TAKE ON A DAILY BASIS IN ORDER TO LIVE. I had the fight with Discovery a few years ago when they tried to force there brand down my throught and also resulted in me being as sick as a dog. I pay MEDICAL AID TO GET NEEDY MEDICATION IN THIS CASE ELTROXIN AND NOT EUTHYROX. I fetched the Eltroxin this morning and I pay R54.32 and Discovery pays R45.00. This is medication that I must have so it is not about the R651.84 per annum or R54.32 per month, it is the Principle of the matter. My Dr did 2 X Motivation, then she did an appeal. The appeal wasn't saying enough. DISCOVERY IS A BULLY, I AM TOO SMALL TO FIGHT THEM IF I WANT TO LIVE.
