Approve claims and the reject

We have had numerous claims rejected for no reason My partenr had to go to hospital for a massive headache he got, with very high blood pressur caused by the pain When we got there, a CT scan was requested by the doctor on duty in Trauma He went in and they said that Discovery approved the claim. It was then told that it was rejected, why? Becauseof a clause when he joined strabusmis and depression. Well Strabismus was when he was a child, and it corrected itself about 45 years ago. It was also said that the headaches where not related to the depression tablet He was booked into hospital and stayed there for 2 days, which discovery gladly paid. Plus the medication The Neurologist requested an MRI, which at firs Discovery rejected then approved. Whe even phoned discovery on 24/01/2018 at 17.13 and they confirmed it was approved.When we got to the MRI, we where informed we had to pay R2750.00 out of our savings. We signed for that Discovery came back and rejected the claim, for strabismus and depression Wake up Discovery, IT IS NOT RELATED TO THE HEADACHES!!!!!! And why approve on the 24th of January and the reject after the procedure was done?
