I will like to give a big thank you to Deidre who the most helpful person compare to the other 3 managers i spoke too and leave alone how many times i called in before my issue was resolved.

She took the time even when she was sick with covid to make sure that my issue was resolved once and for all.

That was extremely great service and really appreciate that.
